inform customers and prospects about the breadth and depth of the products that
make up PubWorks…
Asset and Resource Management
Here PubWorks provides tools for
asset inventories (roads, bridges, buildings, signs, culverts, etc…) plus
comprehensive cost accounting and time sheet data entry tools to help
capture the information about work performed by you employees and crews.
Service Calls
Log and manage Service Calls and Requests from
residents and officials in your city or county. These requests for service
link seamlessly with our cost accounting tools and can be managed remotely
by your foremen using their laptops.
Work Orders
Establish plans and schedule the work you need to
perform on a recurring basis. Once you tell PubWorks how often
you perform a task and the results you expect, PubWorks can
alert you with a to-do list when something needs to get done.
Fleet Maintenance
Our seamlessly integrated Fleet Maintenance system
handles vehicle Repair Orders, Preventative Maintenance, Parts Inventory and
Fueling System Interfacing (e.g.: GasBoy or PetroVend) to better manage
vehicle costs and departmental fuel consumption.
GIS Integration
Interface directly with ESRI’s ArcGIS system
giving you the power to leverage your PubWorks cost data
graphically on your city/county maps.
