Even as autumn cools things down, we’re still excited about the
hot, busy summer we’ve had. An influx of new business – all over
the US and Canada – has kept us very busy and our recent
experience at the APWA annual conference in San Antonio really
pumped us up about TSC’s future! Look for reports by Philip
McGrath on our new customers and a recap of the APWA show in
Texas.
In our Around the Industry piece, Gary Gleason writes about
preparedness and how our customers use PubWorks to
maximize FEMA reimbursements and minimize the time it takes to
receive those reimbursements.
As a tie-in piece, Gary samples some customers and gets their
take on the simple but critical act of time tracking. It’s
something almost all agencies do but when done right, a powerful
source of information is created.
In our Notable & Quotable section, our customers from around the
country have a lot to say and we think you’ll find it
interesting.
On the product side, many new features and have been developed;
Mike Dibble reviews what’s new in PubWorks.
In November we will attend the New Jersey State League of
Municipalities Convention in Atlantic City New Jersey. All the
details are in the Upcoming Events section – we hope some of you
will be attending, too!
