Welcome to
The
PubWorks
Tracker, Tracker Software Corporation’s
quarterly newsletter for all things PubWorks.
Here in Colorado, spring has definitely sprung and for many of
our Colorado customers it’s a welcome relief. In our lead
column, Gary Gleason writes about the back-to-back blizzards
that buried most of the Front Range and eastern plains.
In our Around the Industry piece Gary samples our
customer base from east-to-west and north-to-south to learn how
managers are dealing with ever-changing and challenging
environments especially as they deal with shrinking resources
and growing expectations.
In our Notable & Quotable section, our customers
from around the country have something to say and we think
you’ll find it of interest.
On the development front, we were successful in completing two
very important projects. The first is the successful launch of
our SQL Server version of PubWorks. The other is
the equally successful launch of our Remote Service Calls
Module. Both stories are detailed in this newsletter along with
other product and update news and information.
Later this month, we plan to attend the APWA Snow & Ice
conference in St. Paul Minnesota. All the details are in the
Upcoming Events section – we hope you will be
attending, too!
