Product News: Remote Service Calls

Take PubWorks into the field for dynamic Service Call
management. Thanks to a strong push from our customers in Reno County Kansas
and Santa Cruz County Arizona, we’ve developed an extension to our popular
Service Calls module that allow field crews to take PubWorks
into the field with them on their laptops.
While in the field,
PubWorks users can make all the necessary modifications and edits to
existing service calls plus, they can add service calls at will. Once back
in the office the laptop’s added or modified service call data is easily
synch with the main PubWorks database.
This enhancement gives
customers an added degree of flexibility and allows them to use
PubWorks in a very natural setting – in the field.
