The source of access control, security in individual
user preferences. Each PubWorks user is setup with an
appropriate set of access powers. These access powers permit an individual
user to access only the functions deemed appropriate. Users can update
settings to customize how PubWorks behaves for them.
Three different levels of access exist on a module-by-module basis:
- Full access
- Read only
- Reporting only
An ADMIN user is empowered to control the access powers of
all users. Button Bar provides a user-friendly screen with efficient means to:
- Print user listing reports
- Scroll through all user records
- Add/modify/delete user information
