Support and Service
Cost and Ownership
Customers pay for a PubWorks software license and own their data.
Support
Provided free of charge during the course of the first three months of use after
installation. Support is provided via telephone, email and direct computer-to-computer connections.
Program Maintenance
A service contract insures that your version of PubWorks is always up to date with the latest enhancements and improvements.
Installation and Training
One day of installation and training is included in the purchase price. Additional training or installation is available.
Database Creation/Population
PubWorks installs with an empty database. The process of converting your existing data for insertion into
the PubWorks database is recommended.
