along with the cost of that work.
- The Service Call List View tab
displays all of your service calls and gives you the ability to
filter the list by call status and time frames like week-to-date
through life-to-date.
Service calls can be directly tied to
activity data (actual work
performed) - empowering you to account for the cost of the service calls
handled by your department.
Service Call reports give you the power to perform performance, cost and
statistical analyses on the service calls logged and tracked by your
department
