Service Calls can be tracked by type, location, department and assigned
employee. They make use of existing employee and location data so
integration with the cost accounting side of PubWorks is
completely seamless.
Four-tab screen (display Service Call Activity Log

- General Information tab allows you to
complete describe the service call
- The service call can be assigned to an
employee or department for resolution
- Caller information can be linked to the
service call
- A call description can be added along
with data and time stamped notes that reflect actions taken
- The Activity Log tab displays
information about actual work performed to resolve the service call
along with the cost of that work.
- The Service Call List View tab displays
all of your service calls and gives you the ability to filter the list
by call status and time frames like week-to-date through life-to-date.
Service Calls can be directly tied to
activity data (actual work
performed) - empowering you to account for the cost of the service calls
handled by your department.
Service Call reports give you the power to perform performance, cost and
statistical analyses on the service calls logged and tracked by your
department
