Five-tab screen (display Fleet WO Log Tab) for clear, uncluttered information display:
  • General Information tab records all standard descriptive information
  • General Information allows parts to be associated with supplying Vendors
  • Inventory status information is present and available for update
  • Provides means to categorize inventory items by Part Type
  • Transaction Log tab displays all adds and transfer for displayed part.
  • Fleet Work Order Log tab displays the work order and vehicle on which the part was used and the cost of use.
  • Part List View tab lists all inventory items for easy viewing and searching

Button Bar provides a user-friendly screen with efficient means to:
  • Print material listing or cost reports
  • Scroll through all material records
  • Add/modify/delete material information
  • Quickly locate an individual inventory item via the button bar or the grid view
  • View all material activity for WTD, MTD, YTD, QTD or LTD

Reports include:
  • Parts listing
  • Parts re-order reports
  • Parts min/max reports
  • Parts cost summary
  • Parts costs by Equipment (summary and detail)
  • Parts Transaction analysis
