PM Scheduling

An essential part of any Fleet Maintenance program is PM Scheduling. PubWorks handles this at three levels

  1. Creation of user-defined PM items
  2. Linking PM items to vehicles with specific service frequencies
(miles, hours, days, weeks, etc...).
  3. PM schedule generation listing vehicles due for PM service

Creation of user-defined PM items. The screen below depicts a list of user-defined PM items. Each item has a code, name and service frequency. Once a PM item is created, it can them be associated to one of more vehicles in your fleet.



Linking PM items to vehicles. Equipment records can be linked to PM items and once linked, can either accept the default service frequency for the PM item or the user can enter a new service frequency that is specific and appropriate to the fleet vehicle.
