The Work Order Detail record above (number 3153
which
belongs to Work Order #3 as noted in the screen’s title bar) shows the employee
who performed the work, his labor hours and labor rate. It also shows
the selection made for maintenance category, vehicle component and shop
location.
Notice that the PM item “Brake Job” is present. The PM
item drop list is filled with the PM items specific to the piece of
equipment being worked on, in this case, the “Ford F350.”
The Parts Used and Tasks Performed grid possesses
four rows indicating the quantity and cost of each part used and the
shop task used to install or replace each part.
